The MAC-735 is an external diameter appearance inspection device that rapidly inspects, identifies, and records the appearance (deformations, scratches, dirt, etc.) of cylindrical and pin-shaped workpieces. It can also detect minute deformations, scratches, and dirt, demonstrating excellent scalability for various types of workpieces. The device automatically corrects for any tilt in the workpiece during inspection.
